FIELD CREW TEAM MEMBER
NASHVILLE, TN
NILES is a design-build firm specializing in high-performance recording environments. We build technically precise, creatively inspiring spaces — and that same standard applies behind the scenes. We’re hiring Field Crew Team Members to help execute the physical build of our projects — from framing, isolation details, to installation to acoustic systems and finish work.
This role is critical. You’ll be part of the team responsible for turning design into reality — ensuring every detail is built with precision, intention, and care.

Field Crew Members are responsible for:
-
Executing construction and installation work on job sites
-
Maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work environments
-
Supporting the build of high-performance acoustic systems
